2 Weeks 2 Market
We're really starting to gear up for our market, opening on June 22. This week we'll start training our market interns, and we've already harvested a few bunches of collards (so delicious!).
Did you know that we sold about 10,000 pounds of produce last year? That was before a hailstorm cut our season short, and we've almost doubled our growing space this year - so we are going to have a LOT of produce at the market. Plus, thanks to our new flower program, we'll have beautiful flower bouquets for sale. And teen-led cooking demonstrations - I can't wait to try what they cook up.
